Biomedical engineering professor named chair of IEEE NANOMED 2018 conference

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Pak Kin Wong, professor of biomedical and mechanical engineering, has been named the chair of the 2018 Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) International Conference on Nano/Molecular Medicine and Engineering (NANOMED). The event will be held December 2-5 at Waikiki Beach, Hawaii. 

The IEEE NANOMED is one of the IEEE’s premier annual events. It is organized by the IEEE Nanotechnology Council to bring together physicians, scientists and engineers in the area of Nano/Molecular Medicine and Engineering. The conference provides a unique forum for highlighting the latest research results in molecular engineering, microfluidics, nanotechnology, system integration, fundamental biology, and translational medicine.
