Instructions for poster presenters:
Presenters of posters: make sure you read this information about how to prepare and when to put up your poster.WHO: Anyone who completes the Registration can present a poster. Please limit abstracts to 200 words. Students are particularly encouraged to present -- this is a great chance for you to discuss your research with faculty and other experienced researchers. Every attempt will be made to accomodate all poster submissions; however, due to space limitations early submissions will have first priority.
WHEN: Poster setup is 9:00 - 9:30 am. First poster viewing is 9:30 - 10:30 am. Second poster viewing is noon - 2:00 pm.
SIZE: Poster boards of size 36(H) x 24(W) and push pins will be provided.
Please stay within boundaries.
